GuideX Catheter is intended to be used in conjunction with guide catheters to access discrete regions of the coronary and/or peripheral vasculature, and to facilitate placement of interventional devices.
GuideX Guide Extension Catheter creates a smooth pathway for balloon and/or stent delivery by providing greater flexibility and a smooth surface. This is important with complex lesions, calcium, tortuous vessels, and distal lesions. GuideX Catheter is intended to be used in conjunction with guide catheters to access discrete regions of the coronary and/or peripheral vasculature, and to facilitate placement of interventional devices.By supporting the delivery of the interventional devices that are necessary to complete the procedure, GuideX Extension Catheter can benefit the patient and hospital by turning an unsuccessful PCI into a successful PCI.
